• Persons who are officially unemployed.
• Students aged between 18 to 25 years.
• ‘Carnet joven’ (young persons’ card) holders (aged between 18 and 26 years).
• Old persons more than 65 years.
• Members of large families as laid out by article 2 of the Law 40/2003, of the 18th of November, on Protection of Large Families and Royal Decree 1621/2005, of the 30th of December, which develops the aforementioned law.
• Disabled persons, in accordance with the definition made by article 1.2 of the Law 26/2011, of the 1st of August, on equality from the legislative adaptation to the International Convention on the Rights of the Disabled. The accompanying person may also have free access, whenever their presence is essential for the disabled person to be able to visit the Palace.

100% reduction (free entry) for:

• Children under the age of 6 years.
• Official tourist guides.

*The accreditation for the condition as a member of any of these groups must be carried out by presenting the corresponding official document, valid and visibly up-to-date at the ticket office, in each case.

Reduced rate 4 € Palace:

• Groups with a minimum of 15 people.
• Free admission for the official guide.

School groups rate 3 €:

• Groups with a minimum of 15 people, of compulsory school age.
• Free entrance of the official guide or teacher (max 1 per 15).

Access rules

 

Access to the halls with food or drink is not permitted.

Animals are not allowed except guide dogs for the blind.

Access to the Palacio de la Magdalena by private vehicles is not permitted. Access is on foot.

* There is a tourist train that runs through the park and stops at the Palacio de La Magdalena.
